Request certificates of searching from registrars/ sheriffs and/ or under-sheriff offices in the relevant counties for entries of Fieri Facias (Fi Fas), Execution Orders and Decrees that exist and remain unsatisfied and are still on hand effecting individuals and/ or legal entities.
Some certificates issued by certifying bodies may carry caveats as to the extent of their reporting as follows:

This certificate refers to and include any certificate or certificates under Section 485 of the Income Tax Act, 1967 (or any amending Acts) which may be issued against the person or persons against whom this Search is made.
Note 2:
Such certificate do not cover any sums which may be due on foot of any Revenue Certificate which may be issued in respect of the person(s) or Company against whom the Search is being made.
