That is, Sheriff searches (Next day/ Same day service depending on county), Planning searches (3-5 working days barring Donegal and Monaghan), proceeding searches (same day) , petitions searches (same day). Naturally, we would recommend giving us as much lead-in time as possible, to ensure return of results for a given day, especially when Registry of Deeds searches are concerned. Our online facilities for instant results, that is, Judgment, Bankruptcy, folio, company searches at www.ellis.ie, will remain open over the holiday period.
