Folio Searches

Our instant online search service returns copies from the Property Registration Authority of Ireland (PRAI) of official folios; setting out as they do a description of the property, details of any parts transferred, details of ownership, and any burdens and notices of burdens.

Our systems also return details of any applications pending on folios. Should there be no related dealings pending, our report clearly states (in a separate certificate) if that is the case or not, i.e., our reporting is not silent on the matter.
